amjilicom Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification
This page covers every money operation inside your amjilicom account — from adding funds to requesting a payout and verifying your identity before your first withdrawal. On this page you will find the local payment methods available to you: GCash for quick top-ups, InstaPay for traceable account-to-account transfers, and Coins. ph for wallet-based deposits. Each method sits in the Cashier section of your account, which you reach from the dashboard after you log in. If this is your first time funding your account, start with the deposit section below to see the step-by-step flow, then check the verification section so your withdrawal is cleared without delays.
Adding money to your account starts in the Cashier tab, which appears in the main navigation once you are logged in. We support GCash, InstaPay and Coins. ph as primary deposit rails — these are the channels your account dashboard will display once you open the deposit panel. Choose the method that matches the wallet you already use daily. GCash deposits flow through the linked e-wallet flow: you confirm the amount inside the GCash app and the balance moves to your account wallet.
Log in and open Cashier
Go to your account dashboard, tap Cashier in the top navigation, then select Deposit. The panel shows the methods currently available to your account region.
Choose GCash, InstaPay or Coins. ph
Select the method that matches your wallet. GCash routes through the app confirmation flow. InstaPay uses your bank's transfer screen. Coins. ph uses your Coins. ph wallet balance.
Enter the amount and confirm
Type the amount you want to deposit. Check the minimum shown on screen, then confirm. A reference number appears — copy it before leaving the page.
Balance reflects in your account wallet
Once the transfer is matched, the amount appears in your account wallet. Check Account History to see the status label and confirm the deposit has settled.
IDENTITY CHECK
Account Verification Before Your First Withdrawal
We require identity verification before your account can process a withdrawal. This is not a barrier — it is the step that keeps your wallet secure and ensures payouts reach the correct person. The verification process is handled inside the Account Settings section under the Verification tab. Upload a clear image of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie that matches it. Our team reviews the submission; you will see a status update in the same tab once the review is complete.
Open Verification tab
In Account Settings, select the Verification tab. The form shows which documents are accepted and in what format — follow the on-screen instructions exactly.
Upload a valid government ID
A national ID, passport or driver's licence is accepted. The image must be clear, unobstructed and show all four corners of the document.
Submit a matching selfie
Take a current selfie in good lighting. The face in the selfie must match the photo on the ID you uploaded. Blurry or heavily filtered images will be returned for resubmission.
Wait for the Verified status
Status updates appear in the Verification tab. Once it shows Verified, your account can process withdrawal requests through the methods linked to your account.
PAYMENT METHODS
Local Payment Channels in Your Account Cashier
Your Cashier panel lists every payment channel your account region supports. We have configured three primary local rails for Philippines account holders: GCash, InstaPay and Coins. ph. These are the channels where transfers are initiated from your own wallet or bank and matched directly to your amjilicom account balance. GrabPay is listed as an additional option where it is available to your account. Each method is labelled with its own flow — follow the specific steps shown in the Cashier for the method you select, as the confirmation steps differ between wallet-based and bank-based transfers. Availability of any method depends on local law and the eligible region your account is registered under.
GCash
Link your GCash number to your account and confirm transfers inside the GCash app. Deposits and withdrawals both route through this channel when it is shown as active in your Cashier.
InstaPay
Use your bank's InstaPay transfer screen to send funds directly to your account reference. The transfer is traceable and the reference number ties it to your account deposit record.
Coins. ph
Send from your Coins. ph wallet using the account details shown in the deposit panel. Coins. ph deposits are matched by amount and reference number, so copy both before leaving the screen.
GrabPay
Where available in your account region, GrabPay appears as a wallet-based deposit option in the Cashier panel. Follow the in-app confirmation steps shown after you select it.
PAYOUT STEPS
Withdraw Your Balance to Your Local Wallet
Requesting a withdrawal from your account balance starts in the same Cashier section you use for deposits — look for the Withdraw tab once you are logged in. Your account must show a Verified status before any withdrawal is processed; if verification is still pending, the Withdraw tab will prompt you to complete it first. Once verified, select the payout method that matches the wallet or bank account you want to receive the funds. GCash withdrawals go to the mobile number linked to your GCash account.
Open the Withdraw tab in Cashier
Log in, go to Cashier and select Withdraw. The tab is only active once your account shows Verified status. If not, the panel will direct you to complete verification first.
Select your payout method
Choose GCash, InstaPay or Coins. ph from the list shown. The method you select must match the wallet or bank account registered to your name — unmatched accounts may be returned.
Enter the amount and recipient details
Type the withdrawal amount, then fill in the wallet number or bank account reference. Review the minimum shown for your selected method and confirm the details are correct before submitting.
Track status in Account History
After submission, go to Account History to see the payout request status. Statuses update as the transfer progresses. Keep the reference number visible in case you need to raise a query.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Matching Your Wallet Transfer to Your Account History
Every deposit and withdrawal you make leaves a record in two places: your e-wallet or bank statement, and your amjilicom Account History. Reconciling these two records is straightforward if you save the reference number at the point of transfer. The reference number is the key link — it appears in the Cashier confirmation screen the moment you submit a deposit, and it shows up in Account History once the transfer is matched. If the two records do not align, the reference number is what our support team will ask for first.
Reference number
Shown in the Cashier confirmation screen at the moment you submit. Copy it before navigating away. This is the single identifier that connects your wallet transfer to your account deposit record.
Status labels in Account History
Pending: transfer is being matched. Completed: funds are in your account wallet. Failed: transfer did not match and has been returned. Check these labels before contacting support.
Account History screen
Available under your account dashboard at any time after login. Shows all deposits, withdrawals and their current status. Filterable by date so you can locate a specific transaction quickly.
Evidence to keep
Save the Cashier confirmation screenshot and your GCash, InstaPay or Coins. ph receipt for every transaction. These two items together are sufficient to resolve most discrepancy queries.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
How We Protect Your Banking and Account Access
Account security for your deposits and withdrawals depends on a few layers working together: the domain you use to log in, the identity match on your wallet, the verification step before payouts, and the support path when something does not look right. We built each of these into the account flow so that your balance is only accessible to the verified account holder. Where access is permitted under local law, these safeguards are active for every banking action you take. If you notice a transaction you did not initiate, contact our support team immediately using the channel shown in your account under Help.
Domain check
Always log in through amjilicom. Bookmark the address directly from your browser. If a link redirects you somewhere unexpected before the login screen loads, do not proceed and contact support.
Identity verification
Withdrawal requests are only processed after your government ID and selfie have been matched. This step ensures that payouts leave the account only after the registered identity is confirmed.
Wallet ownership match
The GCash, InstaPay or Coins. ph account you use for deposits and withdrawals must be registered to the same name as your amjilicom account. Mismatched wallets result in the transfer being returned.
Support channel
The Help section inside your account shows the published contact route for banking queries. Use this channel for disputed transactions, pending statuses that have not resolved, or login issues affecting Cashier access.
BANKING FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About amjilicom Banking
These are the questions we hear most often about deposits, withdrawals and account verification. If your question is not covered here, the Help section inside your account has the direct contact route for our support team. Answers reflect how the Cashier and Account History work right now — check your account dashboard for any live figures like minimums or method availability.
Which deposit methods does amjilicom support for Philippines accounts?
GCash, InstaPay and Coins. ph are the primary deposit channels shown in your Cashier panel. GrabPay is also listed where it is available to your account region. Method availability depends on local law and eligible regions.
What is the minimum deposit amount for GCash?
The minimum for each method is shown live inside the Cashier deposit panel when you select that method. We do not publish a fixed figure here because it can be updated; always check the panel before confirming your transfer.
Why is my deposit showing as Pending in Account History?
Pending means the transfer has been submitted but has not yet been matched to your account. Check that your reference number matches what is shown in Account History. If the status does not move, contact support with the reference number and your wallet receipt.
Do I need to complete verification before I can deposit?
Deposits do not require verified status. However, withdrawals do — your account must show Verified in Account Settings before a payout request is processed. Start verification early so it is complete before you request your first withdrawal.
My withdrawal request is still showing Pending. What should I do?
Check Account History for the current status label. If it remains Pending longer than your chosen method typically takes, gather your reference number and the Cashier confirmation screenshot, then contact the support team through the Help section in your account.
Can I use a GCash account registered to a different name for withdrawals?
No. The wallet you use for withdrawals must be registered to the same name as your amjilicom account. A name mismatch will cause the transfer to be returned. Update your wallet details in Account Settings if needed before submitting a withdrawal.
